Ética medioambiental y recursos humanos. Una propuesta pedagógica en español de los negocios
Abstract
Active methodologies represent a paradigmatic change from a pedagogical standpoint since the point of interest is moved from the process of teaching to that of learning. Thus, project-based learning (PBL) allows the learner of languages for specific professional purposes to become aware of his/her own performance as well as the consequences of such a performance due to the fact that the performance of the learner is the source of an interdisciplinary analysis. Since the performance is tightly linked to ethical values associated to the environmental crisis caused by human beings it becomes necessary to think about the responsibility of the social agents associated to the business world. The responsibility of human beings towards other living organisms is therefore, a good background to develop a project of business Spanish in the field of human resources, as detailed in the present article.
